Who can work for you
The developer says you hire a team, and that your Roblox friends show up as candidates and work in the office as their real avatars. That is the published hiring rule. Wages and role names are not in that sentence.
Two store passes add hiring details, and only the details in their catalog lines:
| Pass | Robux | Catalog line |
|---|---|---|
| Auto-Hire | 25 | Empty desks fill themselves every month |
| Star Recruiter | 49 | Every batch of candidates includes a 3-star or higher expert, plus one reroll a month |
Those lines imply desks, candidate batches, a star rating, and an in-game month. They do not publish wages, the full star scale, or whether friends are the only candidates. Both passes are optional. The experience is free to open.
When to hire
Hand the first phone to the team you already have, launch it, and read the sales. Hire when that cycle is bringing cash in and the next job is more design, research, or production than you want to click through alone. Hiring before the first launch spends cash on people who do not yet have a product.
Desks are also an office piece: walls, doors, floors, paint, desks, and decorations are the published build list. Put a desk in when someone is actually going to work there. Auto-Hire talks about empty desks, so an empty desk is part of that pass's condition, not a decoration bonus.
Read game passes before you buy a bundle. Complete Bundle does not list its contents.
